How Can I Get Money Out of My IRA Long Before Age 59?

Caveat Emptor: For Seniors There's No Such Thing as a Free Lunch
There's lots of desperate people right now, especially those at or near retirement who have lost a lot of money in the market.

Lots of them are looking for a way out.  Unfortunately, because of this desperation the number of "free lunch" financial planning workshops or seminars is on the rise.

Health Care Reform Bill Passes...How Will It Affect Your Finances?
The new health care reform bill, America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009, which Congress passed just three days ago, is making some big promises.  This is the House Democrats' big health care reform bill. Broadly, it seeks to expand health care coverage to the approximately 40 million Americans who are currently uninsured by lowering the cost of health care and making the system more efficient. Important Credit Card Changes
I recently received a notice with my credit card statement that outlines some very interesting and important changes about how credit card companies will be forced to deal with customers.  "We are making changes to your account in response to the new Federal Law and Regulations that impact all credit card companies."

Credit Scores You Didn't Know You Had
At least most of my clients know what a FICO score is now...it's taken how long to educate the public about this score?

The problem is there's several more new scores that tee off the FICO that many people know nothing about.
